2、Principles:
The card reader at the school gate will automatically read the tags when students are in and out of the school gate if they bring the 2.4GHz active tags with them (There are two card readers at the school gate, through which to judge the in and out of students according to the sequence of ID passed the readers). Then the readers deliver the received information to the information processing terminal for being dealt with. After that, the processed information is sent to the mobile platform. At last, the mobile platform sends the information through the background server of school to parents’ mobile phone.

2).Students’ “mobile affection” cards are typed in to the “teacher parent online” platform by electrical tag scanner.
3).The detection facility for long distance swiping card needs to be installed at the school gate such as 2.4GHz directional antenna, electrical tag reader, information processing terminal and “teacher parent online” terminal.
4).It needs to be set up a couple of terminals for the “teacher parent online” in school in order to guarantee the intimate communication between students and parents.

 
Real-time monitoring system for school bus
   The real-time tracking system for the security of students includes the tracking security system for school buses and the security system for students. It makes it come true to track the students in school bus all the way by using the technology of GPS and RFID.
    The whole system consists of the safe campus through system and the real-time tracking system for school buses and students. The application is about the real-time tracking system for school buses. It extends the security level from inside the school to every student in school buses outside the school by combining the GPS and RFID system. The RFID system works as a Datanode which records the information of every student when they get on or off the bus and they are in and out of school gate. Also, it delivers the data to the server by combining with GPRS. Then a SMS is sent to parents’ mobile phone by WEB messaging platform, which tells about the students’ real-time situation when they are on the way to school and on the way home after school.
    According to the actual situation, the system includes one reader and two extended antennas. The reader is fixed on the top of roof inside the school bus and there is each antenna on both sides next to the reader, through which all the ID information inside the bus could be collected and then sent to the server by GPRS. The frequency is once per minute. At last, the data from the reader is filtered by software, which guarantees that the data sent to server is including only the ID of students inside the bus.
    Every student’s information is included in the server. It also includes the information of their families address and the GPS information for appointed bus stops of school bus. The students’ ID will be read by the RFID reader inside the bus when they get on the bus at the appointed bus stops. Then the ID information collected and the positional information from GPS will be compared with the ID information stored in the server. After that, the quantity of students gotten on the bus will start to be checked according to the students list at the very bus stop stored in the server if there is no problem. At the same time, the students’ getting in or out of school will be checked according to the buses’ getting in or out of the school gate. Because there is each label on each bus.
The system is able to record and track the real-time situation of every student from the bus stop to school. Parents or school will be informed if there is something usual happening:
1.The school bus will drive from stop 1 to pick up student C at stop 2 if the student C doesn’t get on the bus at stop 1. During that time, the reader has scanned the four IDs of student A, B, D, E and then sent the information to server by GPRS. And the information will be compared with the name list stored in server and the student C was found not in the list. Then a warning SMS activated by the system software is sent to parent’s mobile phone. The parent will know the student C doesn’t get on the bus at stop 1.
2.If student F gets on the bus at stop2 and get off at stop3, a SMS is activated by the system software and sent to parents by combining RFID reader with GPRS and GPS. Then the parent will know student F gets on the bus at stop 2 and gets off the bus at shop 3 before arriving at school.
